Environmentally responsible shipping

At The Artful Pea, we take our role in reducing waste seriously - and so we do our best to utilise innovative packaging technologies to remain more environmentally sustainable. 

All of our orders are carefully wrapped in Geami WrapPak, a die cut kraft paper with a 3D honeycomb structure.  Strong and shock-absorbent to protect your item from damage; it is a sustainable, biodegradable, and recyclable alternative to traditional bubble wrap.


Your item is then shipped to you in Heropack compostable mailers.  Heropacks are made from certified home-compostable materials, mainly corn starch and PBAT (a compostable ingredient which bonds the renewable ingredients together). They break down within 90 days in a commercial composting environment, up to 20 days in a home composting environment, or within 2 years in landfill (that may sound like a long time - but still better than traditional plastic shipping mailers that take 400 years or more to break down!)

Shipped with confidence

All items are shipped with Singapore Post using Tracked services to keep your items safe on their journey to you. When your item is shipped, you will receive an email notification letting you know the tracking number so that you can track progress if you wish.

Processing & shipping timeline

Your item will be shipped within 1-3 business days upon receipt of your order.

We are based in Singapore and the time it takes to reach you will be depend on your home country; 3-8 business days for most countries in Asia Pacific, and 6-14 for most other countries.  If you need your item in a more timely fashion, please just let me know and I'll see what I can do!


Returns & exchanges

If for any reason you aren't happy with your item (I'm so sorry to hear that!) please get in touch via theartfulpea@gmail within 7 days of receipt of delivery. It must be shipped back to The Artful Pea within 14 days of receipt, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be to the original method of payment.

In the case of change of mind returns or exchanges, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs, and the item must be returned in its original condition with original packaging.  

Please note that custom orders, digital downloads, and sale items are not eligible for returns or exchange unless they arrive damaged.
